Summer: The Back Country has stores in Tahoe  City's and Truckee. They are largest bicycle store in the area, offering rentals, sales and repairs. You can park at our store and hop on the bike path from there. They offer free maps of the paths and trails, and are open every day from 8:30 to 6pm. The Truckee store is where you'll find a comprehensive climbing and backpacking department, along with great clothing from Patagonia, Marmot, Prana and more. The Tahoe City store has a cafe with icecream and sandwiches to help you fuel up for your ride!
