Tahoe Moon Properties opened in 1999. We are a relatively small vacation rental business which aims to give personalized service to renters and homeowners.

From the renters point of view we understand that many of our clients need more than just a home to stay in - they are looking for a great vacation. Our team of sales associates have visited the homes that you will rent and can help you decide on a house that will suit your group's dynamics. We understand how nice it is when you are traveling with children for them to have a separate play area, for grandparents to be able to relax away from the group, or for those who like to be on the first chair of the day to be in a room not too close to your friends that love late nights. We check all our home prior to your arrival, turn on the lights and the heater in Winter and make sure the path to the door is clear. Your hot tub will be serviced on the day you arrive to make sure it is warm and sparkling clean in case you feel like a relaxing soak after the long drive. Our staff knows the area and the local activities well so if you want advice on fun things to do in Tahoe, great places to eat or activities for your dog we will be able to help you.
For homeowners we are more than just a rental service. We visit your home regularly and are here when you need help with any maintenance, cleaning or remodeling needs. For those of you that own homes up here you know how difficult it can be to get an electrician, a good contractor or just to be there for the cable guy.
