The private Dollar Point neighborhood offers a secluded atmosphere for dog walking or taking in the views of Lake Tahoe. A short walk gives you access to the North Tahoe Nordic Center for miles of cross country skiing, hiking, and mountain biking trails.
Lake Tahoe beaches and boat ramps can be accessed from the Dollar Point neighborhood. Drive 10 minutes to world class downhill skiing at Squaw Valley USA or Alpine Meadows Ski Resort.

Availability and Booking
Cleaning Fee: $140
Transient Occupancy Tax: 10%
Dog Fee: $30 per dog/per stay
Booking Fee: $15
Ski Lease: $2350/month starting January for 4 months
2 night weekend stays will only be available 10 days prior to a weekend in high season.
There are some periods where there is a one week minimum with an advance booking but we will try hard to fit any length bookings in so please give us a call.
Check in time is 3:00PM and check out time is 10:00AM, if there is an opening before or after your stay we will try to accommodate any requests for changing these times, but these must be approved by the office. If the house is booked directly after your stay the check out time is very important because we need the time to prepare the home for our new guests.
