Delightful three bedroom two and a half bath condominium in North Lake Tahoe, sleeps 6-8. This vacation rental condo is located a short walk from the beaches of the North Shore of Lake Tahoe and close to Tahoe City.  The amenities offered in this complex include two swimming pools - one which is adults only, a hot tub, tennis courts and a kids playground.  

This well-furnished, beautifully maintained condo is a great family getaway, with a  fully-equipped kitchen, dining room table that seats 6 - 8 and cozy living area. The living room features T.V. with cable VCR/DVD.

All three bedrooms are located upstairs. Master bedroom has King bed with private full bath. The other two bedrooms share a full bath, there is also a half bath located on the first floor. Both guest bedrooms have two twins, one is setup as a king and the other is setup as two twins  that are separated  but can be brought together  to make a king.

This end unit is very close to the condo association amenities such as Sauna & hot tub located next to the adult pool. There are two separate pools one for children and one for adults, and tennis courts are available seasonally. Located just 2 miles from Tahoe City, and 10 minutes to Squaw and Alpine ski resorts. You can walk to the beautiful Skylandia Beach through the back complex gate. If you are feeling energetic, just steps away the bike path leads through Tahoe City and down the Truckee River. For ease the TART public transportation stop is located right outside the main gate.  Convenient location for all seasons!

Ski Lease: $1550/month starting December 1st or January 5th for a 4 or 5 month lease

Check in time is 3:00PM and check out time is 10:00AM, if there is an opening before or after your stay we will try to accommodate any requests for changing these times, but these must be approved by the office. If the house is booked directly after your stay the check out time is very important because we need the time to prepare the home for our new guests.
