Tahoe Getaway is a classic North Lake Tahoe townhouse centrally located on the North Shore, just 1 mile East of Tahoe City. This conveniently located Tahoe vacation rental offers well maintained facilities within the Dollar Hill 2 condominium complex including a sauna, game room, and a heated pool and tennis courts in the summer months. Snow removal is provided in winter months.This well maintained condo is inviting and intimate, perfect for a couple or small family, or an eventful Tahoe weekend with friends.
The living room has big windows that let in lots of sunlight in to the comfortable living space. In winter the open fireplace adds to the cozy atmosphere of this North Shore condo. The kitchen is well equipped a features a breakfast nook that seats 4 - 6 people. There is one bedroom on the ground floor with a queen bed and half bath. Upstairs is a master bedroom with a queen bed and full bathroom. This condo has been well taken care of and offers a clean and efficient atmosphere, and allows for a great base to explore all of Lake Tahoe's adventures awaiting you.
A 2 minute car ride, or 10 minute bike ride (North Tahoe bike path is right across the street) into Tahoe city allows for easy access to shopping, supermarkets, movie theaters, dining, nightlife, and entertainment. Drive 15 minutes to the Nevada State Line for gambling and big name music venues at the North Shore casinos! For world class downhill skiing, Squaw Valley USA and Alpine Meadows Ski Resort are within a 15 minute car ride. Some of Tahoe's finest cross country skiing trails are located right in your backyard. These trails provide for great hiking, dog walking, and mountain biking
in the summer months. There are many options for the outdoor enthusiast in both winter and summer months!

There are some periods where there is a one week minimum with an advance booking but we will try hard to fit any length bookings in so please give us a call.
Check in time is 3:00PM and check out time is 10:00AM, if there is an opening before or after your stay we will try to accommodate any requests for changing these times, but these must be approved by the office. If the house is booked directly after your stay the check out time is very important because we need the time to prepare the home for our new guests.
