Tranquility Lakeview is on the West Shore of beautiful Lake Tahoe. This Vacation home has two decks both offering a great place to relax and enjoy the wonderful view of the Lake. On a quiet street in the Talmont subdivision you will find this beautifully maintained peaceful rental home a short walk from some great hiking, mountain bike riding and cross country ski trails in Paige Meadows. This Lakeview house is a short drive from Tahoe City and all the wonderful restaurants and shops that are offered there.
The living room offers two areas, one for relaxing and looking out at the Lake the other for curling up in front of the warm gas fireplace and watching a movie or enjoying the company of friends and family. The dining area seats 8 and is nice and close to the kitchen. You will find everything you need in this well equipped kitchen for preparing a big meal for family and friends.
Upstairs is the master suite, a big bedroom with a King bed, a master bathroom and a sunny relaxing deck.
Downstairs there are two bedrooms both one with a queen bed, the other a full bed and a shared bathroom. There is also an additional TV room with a double futon that is a great place for the children to hang out and watch DVDs. The third deck off the TV room has an inviting hot tub and steps down into the garden. In summer you will love the garden and all the beautiful wild flowers.
Tranquility Lakeview has a membership to Tahoe Park private beach one of the nicest private beach on the Lake with a playground, basketball hoops, horseshoe pits and lots of tables and BBQ's scattered over the stunning lakefront location.
Dogs may be allowed at this home with prior approval.

Cleaning Fee: $165
Transient Occupancy Tax: 10%

Ski Lease: $2500/month starting January or December – 4 or 5 months
There are some periods where there is a one week minimum with an advance booking but we will try hard to fit any length bookings in so please give us a call.
Check in time is 3:00PM and check out time is 10:00AM, if there is an opening before or after your stay we will try to accommodate any requests for changing these times, but these must be approved by the office. If the house is booked directly after your stay the check out time is very important because we need the time to prepare the home for our new guests.
