With three bedrooms and two and a half baths, our cabin comfortably sleeps ten. There are two bedrooms upstairs with one king and one queen bed. Downstairs there's a bunk room with two bunk beds, a full mattress on the bottom and a twin on top.
From the moment you enter, you will be struck by the warmth and comfort of this Tahoe cabin. It has been extensively remodeled and features new stainless steel appliances, granite counter-tops, slate floors with radiant heat in the kitchen, dining room and bathroom, stone fireplace and a hot tub on a new backyard deck! The cabin has two flat-screen TV’s with HD Digital cable and DVD players. Additionally, the master bedroom is equipped with digital cable and DVD player. It’s a great place to relax with your family and friends.
A good meal is never far away as some of the best restaurants in Tahoe City are nearby, Firesign Cafe, Sunnyside Restaurant, Black Bear Tavern and Tahoe House Bakery to name a few.

Cleaning Fee: $165
Transient Occupancy Tax: 10%
Dog Fee: $40/dog/stay
Security Deposit Protection (SDP): $39
SDP covers you for up to $3000 accidental damage. For more details please go to the policies and procedures page.
There are some periods where there is a one week minimum with an advance booking but we will try hard to fit any length bookings in so please give us a call.
Check in time is 3:00PM and check out time is 10:00AM, if there is an opening before or after your stay we will try to accommodate any requests for changing these times, but these must be approved by the office. If the house is booked directly after your stay the check out time is very important because we need the time to prepare the home for our new guests.

OUR STAY WAS DELIGHTFUL AND GREAT FUN. THE PLACE REMINDED ME A GREAT DEAL OF AN ADIRONDACK CAMP TUCKED INTO A BEAUTIFUL WOODED AREA. WE'LL BE BACK!

This cottage is one of the better vacation rentals I have had in Lake Tahoe. The house is immaculate, furnished well and totally equipped (unlike most rentals!). It surprising sleeps lots of people but still has the cozy cabin feel. Love the location - right next to great skiing, shops and walking distance to Sunnyside. Can't beat it!

Great homey hospitality, everything was great, we loved the location and use of the kayak. The house was very clean although the back deck could have used a quick sweep.

We had a great stay, the house was clean. It was great to be able to walk to Sunnyside and Firesign Cafe especially when there was so much snow on the road, it was great to not have to get in the car.
