Description:
Dollar Point Cabin is a comfortable North Lake Tahoe vacation rental offering desirable amenities as part of the Dollar Hill homeowners association such as a pool and a private beach. The Dollar Hill neighborhood on the north shore of Lake Tahoe is conveniently located just 2 miles from shops, dining, and nightlife of Tahoe City. Drive 10 miles in the opposite direction to reach Kings Beach and the casinos and live music and entertainment on the Nevada state line. This vacation rental is easily accessed by the bike path that leads to Tahoe City and beyond to Squaw Valley or down the West Shore of the lake.
This north shore vacation cabin offers two full bedrooms, 1 office/sleeping area, 1 loft bedroom, and two full bathrooms.
The first bedroom downstairs includes a queen bed, leather lounge chair and footrest, dresser, and a closet. The second sleeping area is located downstairs and doubles as an office. This includes a trundle bed with 2 twin mattresses, a desk, a bookshelf, and numerous games and puzzles. This sleeping area can comfortable accommodate children.
The downstairs bathroom includes a shower/ bathtub combo. A washer and dryer are located inside this bathroom.
The third sleeping area is a lofted bedroom upstairs above the living area, and includes a double bed.
The master bedroom upstairs offers a Queen bed, with a doorway to the master bath. (bath is accessible through hallway as well)
The master bathroom is accessible through the main upstairs hallway as well, and offers 2 sinks and a shower.
The kitchen area includes all major appliances; refrigerator, dishwasher, electric stove, microwave, and a double sided sink. There is plenty of cookware and utensils available.
The living area offers a nice amount of sunlight through ceiling high windows, and a great lake view. This room offers a couch with seating for 3 people and 3 chairs (one is a recliner), and a small wood stove. There is a TV with basic cable, and VCR, and a stereo.
A spiral stairway leads upstairs from the living area.
The dining area includes a table with seating for 6. From the dining room, you can access a nice sized sunny back deck with a yard and charcoal BBQ.
Also included is a garage with parking for 2 cars inside. The driveway outside of the garage can accommodate up to six cars.

Availability and Booking
Cleaning Fee: $150
Transient Occupancy Tax: 10%
Ski Lease: $1300/month starting December 1 for 5 month lease.
There are some periods where there is a one week minimum with an advance booking but we will try hard to fit any length bookings in so please give us a call.
Check in time is 3:00PM and check out time is 10:00AM, if there is an opening before or after your stay we will try to accommodate any requests for changing these times, but these must be approved by the office. If the house is booked directly after your stay the check out time is very important because we need the time to prepare the home for our new guests.
