This property is very clean with nice carpeting, well equipped for your vacation. Located in a quiet residential neighborhood, it offers a sunny back deck with a filtered lake view and hot tub, as well as easy access to the extensive walking/biking trail network on the north shore.
There is a garage with room for 2 cars, and the driveway can accommodate up to 4 more cars.
Kitchen includes an electric stove and all major standard appliances, a dual sink, nice view (lake view) and lots of sunlight. There is a good amount of cookware/ utensils, and a breakfast bar with 3 stools.
The dining area has a table for 6 as well as an entertainment center with a stereo, card games, and books.
The living area includes a 3 seat couch and matching chair, with a nice coffee table. The couch folds out for sleeping. There is also a smaller futon style couch on the other side of the living area that folds out for sleeping. There is a TV with VCR/DVD, a wood stove, and large windows offering plenty of light.
Downstairs bedroom: 2 sets of bunk beds, nice sized closet
Full bath in the downstairs hall.
Upstairs bedroom: Queen bed with a nice bedroom set/ bedside tables/ dresser/ and closet.
Upstairs bedroom 2 (master): Queen bed, lakeview, walk-in closet with sink, joins to bathroom.

Ski Lease: $1800/month starting January 5 for 4 months or December 1 for 5 months.
There are some periods where there is a one week minimum with an advance booking but we will try hard to fit any length bookings in so please give us a call.
Check in time is 3:00PM and check out time is 10:00AM, if there is an opening before or after your stay we will try to accommodate any requests for changing these times, but these must be approved by the office. If the house is booked directly after your stay the check out time is very important because we need the time to prepare the home for our new guests.
