The Alpine Meadows Clocktower Condo is a beautifully maintained vacation rental with an amazing view of the Alpine Meadows Ski Resort. This North Tahoe vacation condo is practically ski in/ ski out at Alpine Meadows, known as the "locals" ski resort with its secret powder stashes and laid back attitude. A short drive brings you to Olympic Valley and the world famous slopes of Squaw Valley USA, and 15 minutes south lies Lake Tahoe and dining, shopping and entertainment in Tahoe City.
This is the ultimate ski lease located in a quiet area with immaculate views of the Alpine Meadows Canyon. Decor involves numerous pictures of family ski memories and ski racing. There is comfortable carpeting throughout this vacation condo and the property receives a generous amount of sunlight.
Sleeping accomodations include:
Bedroom 1, downstairs: double bed, small closet, dresser, adequate reading lamps
Bedroom 2, downstairs: 2 regular twin beds, 2 lofted twin beds, big closet, dresser, sliding doors to an outside area in summer time
Bedroom 3 upstairs: Master bedroom with Queen bed, large closet, vanity/ mirror area, 2 dressers, great view of surrounding forest and ski resort
Bathroom 1, downstairs: shower only
Bathroom 2, full bath with tub/ shower combo
Upon entering, you will pass through a spacious mudroom perfect for leaving wet or snowy ski/ snow gear. The downstairs hallway also offers numerous hooks for outerwear.
Upstairs holds a large, open living and dining area with a sectional sofa, wood stove, and a dining table for 6. This area has an entertainment center equipped with a TV/ VCR/DVD/ Stereo. There are also various games, books, and puzzles to keep you busy for hours.
Sliding doors from the living area lead to a very sunny deck built carefully around a pine tree! The deck is blessed with amazing views of the Alpine Meadows Valley and the surrounding sierras, not to mention the backside of the infamous KT-22 chairlift at Squaw. On the deck lies a small charcoal BBQ.
The kitchen is in open plan with the living and dining areas, and looks over a breakfast bar. The kitchen is equipped with new appliances, and electric stove, pizza pans, plentiful utensils, cutting boards, and a great knife set. The kitchen is very nicely organized, central, and social!
This is the ultimate ski lease for the pure skier! Great for a small group of friends or a family or two to enjoy an exciting winter in Tahoe at its finest with very easy access to the slopes!

Availability and Booking
Cleaning Fee: $130
Transient Occupancy Tax: 10%
Ski Lease: $1900/month starting January or December – 4 or 5 months – only on some houses
There are some periods where there is a one week minimum with an advance booking but we will try hard to fit any length bookings in so please give us a call.
Check in time is 3:00PM and check out time is 10:00AM, if there is an opening before or after your stay we will try to accommodate any requests for changing these times, but these must be approved by the office. If the house is booked directly after your stay the check out time is very important because we need the time to prepare the home for our new guests.
