Lakefront Cottage is an extremely unique vacation rental on the North Shore of Lake Tahoe. This cute two bedroom cabin is tucked away on a stunning flat grassy Lakefront lot with a shared pier, private buoy and a beautiful sandy beach. It is very unusual to find a small cottage on a property of this caliber. The outdoor area has beautiful outdoor furniture, a hot tub with an amazing view, and a gas BBQ.
This Lakefront cottage recently been remodeled with beautiful hardwood floors in the living room, colorful paint and new furnishing. There is a stone open fireplace and to the right is a new HD flat screen television and Blue Ray DVD player. The living room has comfortable couches and the most fabulous panoramic Lakeviews. The dining table that seats 6 and sits in front a wall of windows looking out on Lake Tahoe. For those of you who like to cook the kitchen will be well equipped with quality new cutlery, crockery and glassware, you can also enjoy the Lakeviews while preparing your meals.
There are two bedrooms, one with a queen, the other a King, both new and good quality with high quality linens.
Although work is strongly discouraged this house does have high speed internet with WiFi.

Cleaning Fee: $130
Transient Occupancy Tax: 10%
Dog Fee: $40/dog/stay
Security Deposit Protection (SDP): $39
SDP covers you for up to $3000 accidental damage. For more details please go to the policies and procedures page.
There are some periods where there is a one week minimum with an advance booking but we will try hard to fit any length bookings in so please give us a call.
Check in time is 3:00PM and check out time is 10:00AM, if there is an opening before or after your stay we will try to accommodate any requests for changing these times, but these must be approved by the office. If the house is booked directly after your stay the check out time is very important because we need the time to prepare the home for our new guests.

The house was very clean and the location fantastic, we had a great stay. The knives are great too. The only thing that would have been better would be a bit less snow.....really, we have never seen so much snow.

Terrific location....nice sandy bottom shore for kids to play in....plus water a bit warmer on this side of lake......Really nice neighbors....
Hope you fixed the coffee pot and got the buoy in water by now....
Yes.....great big lawn for fetching games......our Golden loved it and the lake.

BACKING OUT OF DRIVEWAY ONTO HIGHWAY---
If there had been a bigger driveway to turn around ( K turn) that would of helped. It's a very busy highway to have to back out into. By removing the boulders planted along the driveway
it would leave room to turn around.
Great service and everything went smoothly.
