Lake Forest Glen is a comfortable condo with pool, tennis courts and shared hot tub located on the North Shore of Lake Tahoe in Tahoe City, close to the Lake.
This vacation rental condo is located a short walk from the Skylandia and Bristlecone beaches on the North Shore of Lake Tahoe and close to Tahoe City. Bristlecone is a dog friendly beach. The amenities offered in this complex include two swimming pools - one which is adults only, a hot tub, tennis courts and a kids playground.
This vacation condo is a great family getaway, with a full renovated kitchen with breakfast bar and cozy living area with a wood stove. The living room features TV with cable and DVD player.
There is one bedroom downstairs with a double bed and then three more bedrooms are located upstairs.
The condo association has amenities such as Sauna & hot tub located next to the adult pool. There are two separate pools one for children and one for adults, and tennis courts are available seasonally. Located just 2 miles from Tahoe City, and 10 minutes to Squaw Valley and Alpine Meadows ski resorts. You can walk to the beautiful Skylandia Beach through the back complex gate. If you are feeling energetic, just steps away the bike path leads through Tahoe City and down the Truckee River. For ease the TART public transportation stop is located right outside the main gate. Convenient location for all seasons!

Availability and Booking
Cleaning Fee: $175
Transient Occupancy Tax: 10% charged on rent, cleaning.
Security Deposit Protection (SDP): $39
SDP covers you for up to $3000 accidental damage. For more details please go to the policies and procedures page.
Ski Lease $1500/month plus utilities. 4 month lease starting January or 5 month lease starting December.
There are some periods where there is a one week minimum with an advance booking but we will try hard to fit any length bookings in so please give us a call.
Check in time is 3:00PM and check out time is 10:00AM, if there is an opening before or after your stay we will try to accommodate any requests for changing these times, but these must be approved by the office. If the house is booked directly after your stay the check out time is very important because we need the time to prepare the home for our new guests.
