Austin's Dollar Point is located in the popular Dollar Point sub division in Tahoe City close to Lake Tahoe. This comfortable vacation rental home is centrally located on the North Shore of Lake Tahoe has a sunny back deck with a hot tub and is dog friendly. In winter this vacation cabin is close to Squaw Valley and Alpine Meadows and in summer close to Lake Tahoe and the private Dollar Point beach, pier and tennis courts and only a few minutes walk to the Dollar Point pool and tennis courts.
Austin's is a comfortable vacation house is nicely furnished and has a well equipped kitchen. The couches are big and comfortable and face a great open fireplace. In summer this room is bright and sunny with a wall of windows. There is a TV with DVD player and lots of games. The kitchen has been renovated and has granite countertops and nice quality appliances. Perfect for cooking up great meals to share, the dining table seats 8 and there are 4 extra seats at the breakfast bar. In summer the outdoor deck has ample seating and a charcoal BBQ. It is the perfect place for getting together with family and friends.
There are two bedrooms and a renovated bathroom off the main level. Each bedroom has a queen bed.
Upstairs there are two more bedrooms, one with a double bed the other with two twins. There is also a renovated bathroom on this level. This level also has a loft with a TV with VHS, the perfect place for the kids to hang out and watch videos. The loft also has a daybed with a pull out trundle.
There are a great range of winter activities close to this vacation cottage, downhill skiing at Squaw Valley, Alpine Meadows, Northstar, Homewood, Mt Rose and Sugar Bowl. Cross country skiing, sledding, snow shoeing and snow mobilling all within a short drive. In summer there is boating, swimming, hiking, stand up paddle boarding and all sorts of water sports. Within an hour drive there are over 6 championship golf courses including, Incline Village, Resort at Squaw Creek, Tahoe Donner and Coyote Moon.

Availability and Booking
Cleaning Fee: $195
Transient Occupancy Tax: 10% charged on rent, cleaning, dog and booking fees
Dog Fee: $40/dog/stay
Ski Lease: $2800/month plus utilities starting January 5 for 4 months or December 1 for 5 months.
There are some periods where there is a one week minimum with an advance booking but we will try hard to fit any length bookings in so please give us a call.
Check in time is 3:00PM and check out time is 10:00AM, if there is an opening before or after your stay we will try to accommodate any requests for changing these times, but these must be approved by the office. If the house is booked directly after your stay the check out time is very important because we need the time to prepare the home for our new guests.
