Located on the West Shore a short stroll from Lake Tahoe on a 1/2 acre park-like setting, this Tahoe vacation home has it all. The large living dining area has tall cathedral ceilings and an open plan living dining area perfect for relaxing with friends and family. There is also a cozy den with a LCD 42" TV w/ VCR DVD and Satellite TV. The kitchen is large and well equipped for all those meals that will be shared. Upstairs is an entertainment room with a pool and ping pong table, great for the big family challenge or if you prefer something a little more mellow there is a hot tub outside under the stars. This home welcomes the whole family including your dog, the yard is huge and fully fenced and the house even has a built in kennel.
The large yard and big decks with forest setting are perfect for relaxing and out doo entertaining and having one of the few fenced yards in Tahoe it makes it a great place for your kids and dogs. The house has four bedrooms and 3 baths . The house has WiFi throughout although any work beyond a quick check of emails so as you do not miss any great social events, is strongly discouraged. This Pineland home is centrally located to bike paths, nearby public tennis courts & sand volleyball, and the Tahoe Rim Trail in just minutes. There is also hundreds of miles of mountain biking out our back door, and a seasonal creek also runs nearby.

Availability and Booking
Cleaning Fee: $225
Transient Occupancy Tax: 10% charged on rent, cleaning, dog and booking fees
Dog Fee: $40/dog/stay
Ski Lease: $3750/month plus utilities starting January 5 for 4 months or December 1 for 5 months.
There are some periods where there is a one week minimum with an advance booking but we will try hard to fit any length bookings in so please give us a call.
Check in time is 3:00PM and check out time is 10:00AM, if there is an opening before or after your stay we will try to accommodate any requests for changing these times, but these must be approved by the office. If the house is booked directly after your stay the check out time is very important because we need the time to prepare the home for our new guests.
