Tahoe Donner Condo is a perfect vacation getaway, for a group of friends or a small family. This vacation rental condo is beautifully maintained and well equipped. The condo is surprisingly spacious with tall ceilings and a sleeping loft. The living room has a comfortable couch, HD flat screen TV with a DVD player and cable and a cozy gas fireplace. After a hard day on the slopes you will enjoy sinking into this couch for some relation.
The kitchen has granite counter tops and is very well equipped, you will find this kitchen has everything you need to prepare great shared meals. The dining table seats 6 and is close to the kitchen.
Upstairs there are two bedrooms, one bedroom with a queen bed and a sleeping loft with two twins, the loft has a ladder up to it, we do not recomend it forAll beds have nice quality linens .The bathroom is upstairs and has a shower and tub and good quality towels.
There is also a small deck perfect for enjoying your morning coffee. The condo association has a shared washer and dryer. The condo is part of the golf course condos and is in a great location walking distance to the Lodge which has a lovely restaurant! The Trout Creek Recreation Center is right next door and the Condo comes with guest passes that allow you to use the facilities for an $8 daily fee. There is also a deli right at the back door. Donner Lake is a 10 minute drive and Squaw Valley and Alpine Meadows ski areas around a 20 minute drive. For those who like cross country skiing the Tahoe Donner Cross Country area has beautifully groomed trails and stunning view of the valley. Tahoe Donner Downhill area is a family friendly ski area great for learning to ski with your family.
In summer the cross country ski area becomes a wonderful equestrian center. Tahoe Donner also has wonder amenities including pools, gymnasiums, playgrounds, great golf course and a wonderful private beach on the shores of Donner Lake.
Great golf courses, Sugar Bowl Ski Area and Downtown Truckee are all a short drive from this golf course condo and the surrounding areas also has great restaurants and shopping.

Availability and Booking
Cleaning Fee: $125
Transient Occupancy Tax: 10% charged on rent, cleaning, and booking fees
There are some periods where there is a one week minimum with an advance booking but we will try hard to fit any length bookings in so please give us a call.
Check in time is 3:00PM and check out time is 10:00AM, if there is an opening before or after your stay we will try to accommodate any requests for changing these times, but these must be approved by the office. If the house is booked directly after your stay the check out time is very important because we need the time to prepare the home for our new guests.
