In the summer months, enjoy golfing at the Resort at Squaw Creek's world class golf course. Take Squaw Valley's scenic Cable Car ride and relax poolside at 8200 feet! Hiking enthusiasts can venture well into the Granite Chief Wilderness from nearby hiking trails.

The fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, oven, and full range is perfect for cooking up a storm if you prefer to eat in. This North Lake condo is a skier’s paradise in the winter, and just 10 minutes by car to Lake Tahoe and Tahoe City in the summer! Drive 15 minutes to historic downtown Truckee. Enjoy nearby rafting on the Truckee River on especially hot summer days!

Cleaning Fee: $150
Transient Occupancy Tax: 10%

Ski Lease: $3200/month starting January for 4 months or December for 5 months
There are some periods where there is a one week minimum with an advance booking but we will try hard to fit any length bookings in so please give us a call.
Check in time is 3:00PM and check out time is 10:00AM, if there is an opening before or after your stay we will try to accommodate any requests for changing these times, but these must be approved by the office. If the house is booked directly after your stay the check out time is very important because we need the time to prepare the home for our new guests.
