Percy's Place is a North Lake Tahoe vacation home offering a dog friendly atmosphere and welcoming hot tub just outside of Tahoe City. Located in the Old County neighborhood in Carnelian Bay on the North Shore of Lake Tahoe, this vacation rental welcomes people and dogs alike to relax and enjoy nearby access to many exciting Tahoe activities.
Designed with Percy, the owners' golder retriever, in mind, you will find this a very comfortable home. Percy's Place is situated just 3 miles from restaurants, shopping, and entertainment in Tahoe City. Swimming, boating, and other water sports are available just down the hill in Lake Tahoe, and world class skiing at Squaw Valley USA and Alpine Meadows Ski Resort is a 15 minute car ride. Hiking and mountain biking are available at the top of your street where US Forest Service trails run for miles, eventually connecting to the Tahoe Rim Trail, Tahoe City and even Truckee. Besides nearby wooded trails creating an ideal atmosphere for dog walking, your 4 legged friends will enjoy a neighborhood full of doggy playmates of all shapes and sizes!
Highlights of this vacation home include a large open living and kitchen area on the second floor opening to an elevated sunny deck with a BBQ and newly installed hot tub and peak views of Lake Tahoe. The living room offers a brand new 27 inch flat-panel TV (with built-in DVD player), and plenty of comfortable seating. This North Shore vacation rental is one of the few homes in that area that offers high speed internet, provided via satellite dish.
Accommodations include three private and cozy bedrooms on the lower level of the home, each its own quiet place to retire if others are socializing upstairs. A central mudroom area downstairs acts as a meeting place before each daily Tahoe adventure.

There are some periods where there is a one week minimum with an advance booking but we will try hard to fit any length bookings in so please give us a call.
Check in time is 3:00PM and check out time is 10:00AM, if there is an opening before or after your stay we will try to accommodate any requests for changing these times, but these must be approved by the office. If the house is booked directly after your stay the check out time is very important because we need the time to prepare the home for our new guests.
