Forest Townhouse is a North Lake Tahoe vacation rental located in one of Tahoe’s premier areas, just outside of Tahoe City near Dollar Point. This 3 bedroom, 2 bath vacation condo is decorated with interesting sports memorabilia, commemorating your athletic stay in Tahoe.
Forest Townhouse offers well maintained facilities within the Dollar Hill 2 condominium complex including a sauna, game room, and a heated pool and hot tub, tennis courts, and a half basketball court in the summer months. Snow removal is provided in winter months.
A 2 minute car ride, or 10 minute bike ride (North Tahoe bike path is right across the street) into Tahoe city allows for easy access to shopping, supermarkets, movie theaters, dining, nightlife, and entertainment. Drive 15 minutes to the Nevada State Line for gambling and big name music venues at the North Shore casinos! For world class downhill skiing, Squaw Valley USA and Alpine Meadows Ski Resort are within a 15 minute car ride. Homewood Ski Area is 8 miles by car, and Northstar at Tahoe is 12 miles by car.
Some of Tahoe's finest cross country skiing trails are located right in your backyard. These trails provide for great hiking, dog walking, and mountain biking in the summer months. Tubing and sledding can be done at the local resorts and there are nearby golf courses, as well as dog friendly beaches and boat ramp access all within walking distance. Cleaning Fee: $155
Transient Occupancy Tax: 10%
Dog Fee: $40/dog/stay
Security Deposit Protection (SDP): $39
SDP covers you for up to $3000 accidental damage. For more details please go to the policies and procedures page.
Ski Lease: $1500/month starting January for 4 months or December for 5 months
*2 night weekend stays will only be available 10 days prior to a weekend in high season.
There are some periods where there is a one week minimum with an advance booking but we will try hard to fit any length bookings in so please give us a call.
Check in time is 3:00PM and check out time is 10:00AM, if there is an opening before or after your stay we will try to accommodate any requests for changing these times, but these must be approved by the office. If the house is booked directly after your stay the check out time is very important because we need the time to prepare the home for our new guests.

This condo was the perfect place to stay. It has a great layout with plenty of room to comfortably house a large family. The condo was very clean and had a perfect cozy, Lake Tahoe, feel to it. The pool was an added bonus. It quickly became a home away from home to my family and we will definitely be returning again.
