Kristy's Agate Retreat is a wonderful Tahoe vacation rental located in the heart of North Lake Tahoe.  This newly built North Shore home is beautifully furnished and features 4 bedrooms and 4 full baths, including a separate apartment above the garage.  The house has a fenced yard with grass, a private hot tub and access to the Agate Bay Sun Club. The Sun Club offers a pool, hot tub, snack shack, sand volleyball court, pier and tennis courts. Kristy's vacation home is a short walk to the beaches of Lake Tahoe. 

This Agate Bay vacation home offers a great sunny southern exposure with a deck along the entire front of the home. In the back yard there is a fenced yard with grass and a tree house perfect for sleep outs (bring a queen size air mattress and sleeping bags).

The master bedroom has an executive queen bed and a beautiful master bathroom with shower and Jacuzzi tub. The second bedroom offers a bunk bed with a twin on top and double on the bottom and a master bath with tub and shower. Bedroom three offers a queen bed and a bathroom with a shower. The fourth bedroom is located in the guest quarters which are ideal for grandparents. The guest quarters offers a bedroom with a king bed a full bath with a bath and shower combination, a living room with a full size sleeper sofa, a full kitchen with a second refrigerator and a deck with the hot tub.

The main kitchen is good fully equipped with a double oven and center preparation bench. There is a table for six in the kitchen and a dining table for six to eight in the great room which opens to the kitchen. The living room, master bedroom and guest living room all offer satellite TV with DVD players.
The living room has big comfy couches a large TV and a cozy gas fireplace.

Kristy's Agate Retreat is a very comfortable home that sleeps 11 people.

* 2 night weekend stays will only be available 10 days prior to a weekend in high season.

There are some periods where there is a one week minimum with an advance booking but we will try hard to fit any length bookings in so please give us a call.

Check in time is 3:00PM and check out time is 10:00AM, if there is an opening before or after your stay we will try to accommodate any requests for changing these times, but these must be approved by the office. If the house is booked directly after your stay the check out time is very important because we need the time to prepare the home for our new guests.
