Dollar Point Modern Luxury Lakeview is an amazing unique totally luxurious, North Lake Tahoe vacation home with unparalleled lake views. This house is literally a stone's throw from the North Shore of Lake Tahoe, this stunning newly renovated house offers sophisticated luxury, a hot tub, the ability to accommodate up to 12 guests and all the amenities of the Dollar Point Homeowner's Association, private beach and tennis just at the bottom of the property and pool and tennis courts at another location. This large home was newly renovated with a modern theme and total comfort, every small detailed has been considered to create an incredibly comfortable, immaculate and luxurious mountain getaway. Hours were spent selecting the best appliances and products and laying out the kitchen to create a totally functional gourmet kitchen. A pleasure to cook in while enjoying the Lakeview and the company of friends. The upstairs living room has a great layout encircling an open fireplace for winter and with stunning Lakeviews year round. The whole house is equipped with a high end sound system with XM radio that can be accessed through out the house. Upstairs is a loft that has two twin beds a large flat screen TV and bean bag, this room becomes the teenagers favorite hang out. Downstairs is a second living-entertainment room with large comfy couches a flat screen TV and another open fireplace. Off this room are two bedrooms and two bathrooms, one a master bath. Both rooms have queen beds.
Down the hallway are three more bedroom, two containing queen beds that share of bath. The third bedroom is a beautiful master suite with a large deck and hot tub accessed from this room.
Off the living room is a large deck with opulent outdoor furniture and a large table for out door dining. From the living room, kitchen and dining room and all the decks there are views of the beautifully manicured garden and the gorgeous Lake Tahoe.
This property is located just above the tennis courts and private beach of the Dollar Point Homeowners Association and they can be accessed easily through a small break in the fencing at the bottom of the property.
This property is located just a 5 minute drive to Tahoe City, in Dollar Point, or a short walk or ride along the bike path in warmer months, this lake front lodge is situated amongst all that Tahoe has to offer. Boat ramps, private or public beach access, kayak and jet ski rentals, and pet friendly walking trails are a few of the many summer amenities easily accessible from this vacation rental. * 2 night weekend stays will only be available 10 days prior to a weekend in high season.
There are some periods where there is a one week minimum with an advance booking but we will try hard to fit any length bookings in so please give us a call.
Check in time is 3:00PM and check out time is 10:00AM, if there is an opening before or after your stay we will try to accommodate any requests for changing these times, but these must be approved by the office. If the house is booked directly after your stay the check out time is very important because we need the time to prepare the home for our new guests.
