Sequoia Lodge is a centrally located North Lake Tahoe vacation home offering 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a sauna and a 2 car garage. This North Shore vacation rental is situated on a huge 2 acre lot with an amazing large deck in an ideal location between Tahoe City and walking distance to Sunnyside and the Tahoe Park Private Beach. Sequoia Lodge guests can enjoy access to the Tahoe Park private beach which is one of the most popular private beaches on the North Shore with a huge Lakefront beach with many tables, a large grassy area, pier, playground horse shoe pit and much more. The house is a wonderful place for a family getaway.
The first thing you notice when you enter this home is the amazing dining room table that was custom made for this location, it seats 12 comfortably. This is the perfect place for a family to get together and catch up. The kitchen is well equipped and has a wonderful collection of platters perfect for serving Thanksgiving dinner or just a great spaghetti dinner. From the dining level a few steps will bring you into the living room has tall cathedral ceilings and a beautiful big stone open fireplace and big comfy couches.
The Master bedroom is upstairs and is big, private and comfortable and has a great newly renovated bathroom. Downstairs there is another master bedroom with queen bed and attached master bath, a third bedroom with king bed and the fourth bedroom with 2 sets of twin bunks. The other bathrooms have also just been renovated.
There is a sauna with a shower just outside, although the adventurous could always cool down with a quick jump into the snow. The two car garage has inside access to the main house and there is also plenty of parking in the driveway for up to 4 more cars. The main gate can be clsed for added privacy and also making the yard fully fenced.
In Summer the outside area is wonderful, with big wrap around decks and a wonderfully landscaped garden. In winter Sequoia Lodge is centrally located to the great Lake Tahoe ski areas of Alpine Meadows and Squaw Valley with the backside access to Alpine Meadows only 5 minutes from this great vacation accommodation.

Ski Lease: $3500/month starting January 4 for 4 months or December 1 for 5 months.
* 2 night weekend stays will only be available 10 days prior to a weekend in high season.
There are some periods where there is a one week minimum with an advance booking but we will try hard to fit any length bookings in so please give us a call.
Check in time is 3:00PM and check out time is 10:00AM, if there is an opening before or after your stay we will try to accommodate any requests for changing these times, but these must be approved by the office. If the house is booked directly after your stay the check out time is very important because we need the time to prepare the home for our new guests.
