3 Bear Lodge is a fun renovated North Lake Tahoe home, situated between Tahoe City and Kings Beach, in Agate Bay. This warm, sunny, and comfortable dog friendly North Shore vacation rental is tastefully decorated and offers new furniture and nice linens. Highlights of this cabin include a very private hot tub that sits enclosed on the side deck, and an expansive backyard area that is fully enclosed, a dream for large barbeques, summer parties, or letting pets run free without worry. This home has a great open living space which includes a fooseball table and the living room has a woodstove:firewood is provided. All four bedrooms are upstairs: two of the bedrooms have king size beds and the other two bedrooms each have a queen and a twin bed. There is also a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room.

Tahoe City and Kings Beach are both a short drive in opposite directions so Northstar ski resort as well as Squaw Valley and Alpine Meadows are easily accessible. Make sure you try out all the great restaurants in the area. There are wonderful beaches close by for summer time fun and river rafting down the Truckee River is a must!! Lots of fun to relax and ride the river all the way from Tahoe City to River Ranch. The River Ranch is a great place to end up for drinks or a meal and always check the local newspaper for local music that is playing there.

There are some periods where there is a one week minimum with an advance booking but we will try hard to fit any length bookings in so please give us a call.

Check in time is 3:00PM and check out time is 10:00AM, if there is an opening before or after your stay we will try to accommodate any requests for changing these times, but these must be approved by the office. If the house is booked directly after your stay the check out time is very important because we need the time to prepare the home for our new guests.
