A couple of minutes drive from Squaw Valley USA you will find this great vacation rental home with a hot tub, spectacular mountain views and in a perfect location to enjoy all that the Village at Squaw Valley has to offer.  When you enter this vacation rental you will be struck by the wall of windows and the stunning views of Squaw Valley from the spacious luxurious great room. Big comfortable leather couches surround a warm cozy fireplace perfect for relaxing to some great music after a day on the slopes. On a deck just outside this great room is a hot tub with more of those same mountain views.  A large dining room table seats 6 people and there are 3 more seats at the breakfast bar.  The large open kitchen is well equipped and a pleasure to cook in or to enjoy après ski drinks around the breakfast bar.
Downstairs is a second living room with a TV and a queen size futon.  This room has access to a lovely open yard and can double as a fourth bedroom.
There are three bedrooms in this beautiful home all with high quality linens.  The master bedroom has a king bed and master bath.  The second bedroom has a queen bed and views of the mountain and the third bedroom a queen bed with a bunk with a full and twin bed.
A ten minute walk from Squaw Holme will have you in the Village at Squaw Valley, a great stroll if you are going out to dinner at one of the great restaurants or shops but probably a little far in ski boots after a day of skiing.
This home has hydronic heat throughout.

* 2 night weekend stays will only be available 10 days prior to a weekend in winter high season.

There are some periods where there is a one week minimum with an advance booking but we will try hard to fit any length bookings in so please give us a call.

Check in time is 3:00PM and check out time is 10:00AM, if there is an opening before or after your stay we will try to accommodate any requests for changing these times, but these must be approved by the office. If the house is booked directly after your stay the check out time is very important because we need the time to prepare the home for our new guests.
