There is a sunny patio to relax on in the summer, and a great pool to cool off in on those hot Tahoe days.
In the winter, you are just a 10 minute drive to the Northstar Ski resort. Northstar has a variety of ski slopes to suit both the beginner and the advanced skier, and a brand new village with shopping and great restaurants.
Kings Beach is just a few minutes down the road, and also has shopping, supermarkets and restaurants (for a local favorite, choose Lanza’s for Italian, or Jason’s for its great salad bar or burgers). The sandy beach is another fantastic place to take children, and there are kayak rentals, paddle boats, jet skiing and parasailing available. Kings Beach is also just a few minutes away from the casinos at the North lake Stateline.
Kings Run condo is a great place to enjoy all that Tahoe has to offer, with out spending the earth!

There are some periods where there is a one week minimum with an advance booking but we will try hard to fit any length bookings in so please give us a call.
Check in time is 3:00PM and check out time is 10:00AM, if there is an opening before or after your stay we will try to accommodate any requests for changing these times, but these must be approved by the office. If the house is booked directly after your stay the check out time is very important because we need the time to prepare the home for our new guests.
