The rental market is a very competitive market so the best way to have a house that rents well is to consult a rental company prior to your purchase about the home and it’s ”rentability” .
If you already have a Real Estate Agent go and have a look at the homes that fit your criteria. Once you have a few homes selected that you are interested in we will look at the houses and give you information on their potential rental income. We can also give you advice on how to set the home up for maximum rental potential. There is no charge for this service.
If you have not selected a Real Estate Agent we will happily recommend one for you. At last count there was around 1 agent for every 11 residence in Tahoe, and as I am sure you know, they are not all created equal. The agents we choose to work with are all well qualified and very knowledgeable about the market. When working with these agents we will often go and preview the houses with your agent so that you will know the rental potential.
