A $300 deposit will be taken at the time of booking and will be non-refundable. 30 days prior to the guest’s arrival the full amount will be due and at that point, the full amount of the reservation will be non-refundable. To cancel a reservation, a notice of cancelation MUST BE IN WRITING.
Travel Insurance covers risks incidental to planned travel such as sickness, accidental injury, or death of you or a family member (or of a traveling companion), weather delays, natural disasters, unexpected changes in your employment, and many more specified reasons. In addition, for an additional charge, you can choose the optional Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR) benefit which pays up to 60% of pre-paid non-refundable charges should cancel for any reason not covered by standard travel insurance. The standard travel insurance coverage costs 7% of your total reservation invoice amount; if you include the optional CFAR benefits, the coverage cost is 10.8% of your total reservation invoice amount. The premium charged for travel insurance is generally non-refundable after 15 days of coverage purchase.

We understand that your dog is a part of the family and do allow dogs at more than 40% of our properties. At the properties that do allow dogs, we do require a flat dog fee of $70 + tax per dog and require guests to follow our dog rules (feel free to reach out to email@example.com to get a copy of the dog rules).
For our properties that do not allow pets, any violation of the no-pet policy will result in a forfeiture of your entire deposit.
We do not consider service & emotional support animals pets.
You must be at least 25 years of age to rent a Tahoe Moon Properties home.
Weddings and events are not permitted at any Tahoe Moon Property. The occupancy listed on the property page is the maximum occupancy allowed by county regulations.
If the rental agreement has been signed and all amounts owed have been paid, you will receive an e-mail with home and access information 7 days prior to your arrival. We will not provide access to the home unless the rental agreement has been signed.
All of our homes are equipped with wireless internet, though the internet may be slower than you are accustomed to due to our mountain environment, and we can experience spotty service during extreme weather conditions.
The Property, is unless otherwise noted on our website, equipped and set up as a fully furnished property that will include bedding, linens, pillows, towels, an equipped kitchen (most have dishwashers), TV including cable/satellite OR internet TV, and furnishings. In addition, TMP will supply one roll of paper towels, two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, and a new sponge. There will be a starting supply of dish & laundry detergents as well as a small supply of liquid soap. Guests should plan on shopping without reimbursement once these items are consumed.
The property will likely have common staples (salt, pepper, foils, wraps, etc.) however these items are stocked by the Owner of the Property. The guest is responsible for replacing staples items as they are consumed. Firewood is not provided. The Property may not have all the items you may be accustomed to having in your home. If there is a special type of item, you are accustomed to using please provide for those items by bringing them with you. Occupancy is based on sleeping capacity; each home may not have ample dining/living room seating to match bed capacity. You should bring personal items such as bath soap, shampoo, and toiletries. Extra towels are always recommended for homes with hot tubs.
