This quaint mountain cottage on the west shore is ideal for those looking for a true mountain getaway.  Located in a quiet neighborhood on the West Shore of Lake Tahoe, this home is close to beautiful Lake Tahoe and the iconic Homewood Ski Resort.  

This cozy one-bedroom, one bathroom cabin is equipped with a full kitchen, King bed, and a welcoming stone hearth with a real wood fireplace (wood not included).  So kick off your boots, relax, and experience the true mountain life of Lake Tahoe. 

This is the PERFECT retreat for a romantic Winter Couples getaway. No Pets allowed. The driveway slopes downwards toward the house and is fairly steep so 4WD with snow tires is required. There is a plowed parking pad above the driveway, and walking to the house from there when snow is present is likely required. The contract only covers the parking pad and flat space at the top of the driveway. 

Going for $2,250/mo plus utilities for either a 5 month lease beginning in December, or a 4 month lease beginning in January. 
4 Month Minimum, but dates of lease are flexible.
