This is a great home with lots of room for everyone!  This three bedroom, with bonus room, two and half bath home sits on a sunny, level lot just minutes to I 80 for easy access to all the major ski resorts in Tahoe.  The kitchen is fully equipped for the chef of the family and offers concrete countertops and a gas stove.  All the bedrooms are large and on the main floor.  The bonus room is really another bedroom, but does not have a closet.  This is the perfect home away from home for the winter!

There is an in-law unit downstairs with a separate entrance that will be occupied and unavailable for tenant use.

- Living Room: Seating for 5-6, fireplace, and television
- Dining Room: Seating for 6
- Kitchen: Fully equipped with gas stove and oven, dishwasher, built-in microwave, and more
- Bonus Room: Seating for 3-4, futon couch
- Bathroom/Laundry Room: Half bath with sink and toilet, and washer/dryer available for guest use
- Master Bedroom: Queen size bed, two armchairs, and a single size trundle mattress, sleeps 3
- Bedroom #2: Full size bed that sleeps 2
- Bedroom #3: Queen size bed that sleeps 2
- Bunk Room: Twin over full size bunk bed, armchair, sleeps 3
- Bathroom 2: Full bath with shower/tub, sink, and toilet
- Bathroom 3: Shower/tub, double sinks, and toilet

Parking
- Garage: Three-car garage - 2 bays closest to house available for tenant use.
- Driveway: Parking for up to 2 additional cars, depending on size of vehicles, and snow conditions
