Olympic View Lodge is the CLOSEST PRIVATE HOME to the ski lifts at Palisades Tahoe (formerly Squaw Valley). It offers stunning mountain views, a private hot tub, and SUCH easy access to nearby restaurants, nightlife, shopping, and entertainment at the Village at Squaw. With the quality of this home's décor and the unbeatable location, you'll want to come back to Olympic View Lodge year after year. This newly renovated home was originally built for the Winter Olympics housing back in the 60s. While it's history runs deep in it's walls, you'd never know it- the home has been recently remodeled with state of the art appliances and décor throughout it's common spaces. The modern kitchen with it's clean lines and new cabinetry and appliances is well equipped and perfect for cooking up a great meal for friends and family. Take it from the owners; the breakfast bar is a perfect place to enjoy those apres-ski drinks.  Incredible historical artifacts sprinkled throughout the home fit in seamlessly and tie the present in with the past perfectly.  What more could you want in a luxury ski cabin?

The Olympic View Lodge is a beautifully decorated with a modern aesthetic throughout the common spaces of the home. The newly installed high-end gas stove makes the home cozy and the big comfy couches are perfect for curling up on, while a full wall of windows allows views of the ever-moving chairlifts from within the entire common space and most of the bedrooms. Please note there is no television in the living room, but you'll have all the entertainment you need watching the slopes from the comfort of your own home! Renters of this property have called this "arguably the best place to relax after a day of skiing" in the entire Olympic Valley.   If that doesn't scream comfort and luxury to you, maybe the idea of soaking your bones in the private hot tub with views of your favorite peaks will. Did we mention this is the closest private hot tub to the slopes? 

Although 80% of our properties are pet-friendly - this is NOT a pet-friendly property.  Please be respectful of this.  We do not consider service animals pets.  If you bring a dog, you will be subject to a fine and are in breach of contract which could result in being asked to leave the property.
