Tahoe is a beautiful and fun place to visit, but occasionally this area can be affected by extreme weather events.  While we never want things like icy roads, road closures, or smoke from wildfires to negatively impact our guests, it can happen. We ask travelers to plan their vacation appropriately for the rural mountain climate and encourage guests to research all travel insurance options, as Tahoe Moon Properties cannot provide refunds for things outside of our control.  

Cozy condo with access to HOA Pool (summer only), tennis courts (summer only), and hot tub (year-round), & only a short walk to Skylanida Beach. 

Located in one of our most popular complexes, this beautiful townhouse is one of our guest's favorites.  Most guests return year after year because of the comfortable accommodations, easy access to the public beaches, and great HOA amenities such as a pool, hot tub, tennis courts, and more. 
This home has been remodeled to create a comfortable atmosphere for your Tahoe vacation.  On the main level, you will find a cozy living room situated around a flat screen tv and gas fireplace.  Just beyond the living room is the dining and kitchen space with upgraded appliances and access to the back deck.  
All of the bedrooms are situated on the second floor.  The main suite has a king bed with an ensuite bathroom that has a spacious glass shower.  The other two bedrooms each have a queen bed and share a bathroom with a shower/tub combo.  
The complex offers two swimming pools, tennis courts, and sauna in the summer, and a year-round hot tub. A little less than 2 miles from Tahoe City, this condo is close to restaurants, bars, shopping, and more.  In the summer Skylandia Beach park is a short walk away, and you can take the designated bike and pedestrian path all the way downtown.  Please be considerate - no smoking and no pets.

THINGS TO NOTE:  
  • There are 2 parking spaces directly in front of the unit. Other vehicles must use the overflow parking lot. Parking in any other unit's dedicated parking space may result in a fine from the HOA or County. 
  • This property does not have air conditioning.  Air conditioners are extremely unusual in North Lake Tahoe.
  •  Although 80% of our properties are pet-friendly - this is NOT a pet-friendly property.  Please be respectful of this.  We do not consider service animals pets.  If you bring a dog, you will be subject to a fine and are in breach of contract which could result in being asked to leave the property.
  • The approximate Square Footage is 1408

IMPORTANT: On March 11th, 2022, the county of Placer implemented a new Short Term Rental Ordinance which is very important for guests to abide by. Fines range from $1,500- 5,000 and can be issued to guests who are not in compliance. A full list of rules is attached as a photo in this listing. Some Highlights include:
•Quiet hours are from 9 pm to 8 am. No noise shall be heard across property lines. No outdoor speakers or amplified sound are to be used at any time.
•Dogs must be leashed at all times when outside of a property and all pet waste needs to be picked up.
•Parking is limited to the following number of spaces: 2  
 

POLICIES & DISCLOSURES
1. 2021 Update: Due to Extreme Fire Danger – The use of ANY outdoor firepit or fireplace is strictly prohibited at any of our rental properties. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we work to keep our community safe from wildfires.
2. As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9 pm-8 am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
3. By local laws we have to charge a 12% occupancy tax (10% TOT tax + 2% TBID tax) with every booking. TBID is placed on lodging, retail, restaurant, and recreation businesses in North Lake Tahoe to raise money for visitor services, business support and advocacy, economic development, tourism mitigation, and transportation services.

Can't Wait To Stay Again!
Having all the amenities of home on a family trip makes the whole stay more enjoyable. Very convenient shopping and restaraunts, close to beaches, near our friends, this is ideal for us, and I will recommend to others. Can't wait to stay there again.
