Close to Tahoe City and the North Shore of Lake Tahoe is Panorama Place a comfortable 3 bedroom, 3 bath vacation home with an additional games room with pool table that doubles as a fourth bedroom. If you are looking for a North Lake Tahoe Vacation rental for your family and friends that is well equipped and in a great location this is a great place.
Important, this property does not have air conditioning. Air conditioners are extremely unusual in North Lake Tahoe.
In winter this vacation accommodation is only a 15 minute drive to Squaw Valley and Alpine Meadows ski area, 20 minutes from Northstar and only a few minutes drive from Tahoe City Cross Country which has fabulous Lakeview ski trails.
Upstairs is a spacious and sunny living and dining room with big stone gas fireplace (UPDATE: fireplace is non-op for the Summer of 2023). A wrap around couch focuses on this cozy fireplace, a great place to relax after a big day skiing. The living area has a wall of large windows letting in lots of sunlight. The dining table seats 8 people and is nice and close to the kitchen. You will find the kitchen well equipped and very conveniently located. From the dining area you can go out to the lovely deck. The living room has a TV with DVD and a great stereo system.
On this level you will also find a second bedroom with a king bed and a full bathroom and the third bedroom has a King bed and a master bath with shower.
On the lower level you will find the entertainment room with pool table, big TV, and a queen futon, so this room will double as a fourth bedroom. Also on this level is a bedroom with two queen beds and a half bathroom with separate shower .
There is a single car garage that is accessed through the house and a parking pad at the top of the driveway. The driveway is quite steep so we recommend that you back up in winter to give you easier access.

IMPORTANT:
On March 11th 2022, the county of Placer implemented a new Short Term Rental Ordinance which is very important for guests to abide by. Fines range from $1,500- 5,000 and can be issued to guests who are not in compliance. A full list of rules is attached as a photo in this listing. Some Highlights include:
•Quiet hours are from 9pm to 8am. No noise shall be heard across property lines. No outdoor speakers or amplified sound are to be used at any time.
•Dogs must be leashed at all times when outside of a property and all pet waste needs to be picked up.
•Parking is limited to the following number of spaces: 3

1. 2021 Update: Due to Extreme Fire Danger – The use of ANY outdoor firepit or fireplace is strictly prohibited at any of our rental properties. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we work to keep our community safe from wildfires.
2.As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
3.By local laws we have to charge a 12% occupancy tax (10% TOT tax + 2% TBID tax) with every booking. TBID, is placed on lodging, retail, restaurant and recreation businesses in North Lake Tahoe to raise money for visitor services, business support and advocacy, economic development, tourism mitigation and transportation services.
